Our services may include AI-generated characters, responses, personalization, memory features, and interactive controls. You may not use the services to create unlawful content, infringe others' rights, attempt to bypass safety features, reverse engineer restricted systems, interfere with device integrity, or use the platform for harassment, exploitation, or other abusive conduct.

AI outputs are generated automatically and may not always be accurate, appropriate, or available. You are responsible for reviewing and using outputs with judgment. Our AI features are not medical, psychiatric, therapeutic, or emergency services.

6. Health and Safety

You are responsible for using the products safely and stopping use if you experience discomfort, irritation, pain, or any unusual issue. If a product appears damaged or malfunctioning, discontinue use and contact support. If you have a medical condition, implanted device, recent procedure, or other health concern that may affect product use, seek professional advice before use.

7. Payments, Subscriptions, and Orders

Some services or products may require payment, subscription enrollment, or pre-order. By placing an order or purchasing a subscription, you authorize us and our payment processors to charge the applicable fees, taxes, and related charges. Pricing, billing intervals, renewal terms, and refund eligibility may be described at checkout or in supplemental policies.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or that the services will meet every personal expectation or use case.
